We are two sister's that want to help people market their homes by "creating spaces that sell." That's where home staging comes into play. The way you live in your home and the way you market and sale your house are two different things. Staging is all about depersonalizing your home. By keeping furnishings and decor to a minimum, staging allows potential buyers to mentally picture themselves in the house and imagine it as their home.

SOLD!

One of the homes we staged just sold in a matter of 6 weeks! Another is sale pending at 5 weeks after staging!

BEFORE STAGING

AFTER STAGING

Staging is more about de-cluttering and keeping decor to a minimum. Notice how the room opens up by removing a few pieces of furniture . . . it creates a flow and the potential buyers are able to see the floor plan as well as imagining their "things" in the home.

BEFORE STAGING
AFTER . . . adding a simple shelf, painted the same color as the wall, created the feeling of space as well as storage in the small bathroom.
BEFORE STAGING

AFTER STAGING: The counters are cleared (they did have some projects going on) and only a few items are on the counter. Cabinets were cleared of most dishes. Tables are set to create an inviting atmosphere.

CONGRATULATIONS to the sellers!
If you know of anyone wanting to sell their home in a timely manner, please give them our names! Suzy and Lori from Two Sister's Home Staging and Interior reDesign - twosistershomestaging@gmail.com
